Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
